Sales Graduate Zurich

We are looking for a motivated and curious Sales Graduate to join our team in Zurich for a 12-month assignment as part of our Graduate Program, starting in August or September 2026. Assist in creating factsheets, brochures, and termsheets for a wide range of products (including Capital Guaranteed, Reverse Convertibles, Autocalls, Mini-Futures, CLNs, etc.). Handle order confirmations on the primary and secondary markets. Develop trade ideas using our internal pricing tools and Bloomberg. Collaborate closely with teams across the business, including Trading, Structuring, and Mid/Back Office What you'll need MBA and / or Master's degree Strong understanding of financial markets and derivatives (knowledge of structured products is a plus). Previous internship experience in financial markets. Proficiency in MS Office and Bloomberg. Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken). Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. Motivated, curious, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
