​Accountant General Ledger (m/f/d)

• ��Your responsibilities:
• ��
General Ledger & Month-End Close Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications
• ��Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances
• ��Support the maintenance of chart of accounts and accounting master data
Financial Reporting & Analysis Assist in preparing internal financial reports
• ��Support variance analysis between actuals and budget
Ensure data accuracy and completeness for management reporting
• ��
Compliance & Controls
• ��Ensure accounting activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and relevant accounting standards (IFRS/Swiss GAAP)
Assist with internal and external audit requests
• ��
Operational Support Collaborate with relevant stakeholders inside and outside the Finance Organisation to ensure accurate and timely data flow
• ��Maintain organized documentation
• �� Your profile:
• ��Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or comparable education Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role
• ��Good understanding of general accounting principles
• ��
Skills
• ��Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• ��High attention to detail and accuracy
• ��Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft dynamics, or similar) is a plus
Good communication and organizational skills
• ��Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
• ��
Language:
• ��Good working knowledge of German and English
