Proficiency in SQL, Progress, MySQL, Oracle, or similar databases. Ability to manage data integrity, security, and performance. •
Programming:
Strong skills in Java, Python,. NET, C#, or other relevant programming languages to develop and maintain applications. •
IT Troubleshooting:
Expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to databases, applications, and IT infrastructure. •
Project Management:
Parcours professionnel with project management methodologies, preferably Agile (Scrum) or traditional (PMP), to oversee IT projects from initiation to completion. •
Fluency in English and German:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. •
Project Management Experience:
Ability to lead or participate in IT projects with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business needs. •
Independent and Teamwork:
Capability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a proactive and problem-solving approach. •
Knowledge of Laboratory Operations:
Familiarity with laboratory processes, information systems (LIS), and healthcare industry standards and regulations. •
Middleware and Instrument Interfaces:
Experience with middleware integration, instrument interfaces, and laboratory automation systems. •
Business Intelligence (BI):
Exposure to BI tools like PowerBI or similar for data analysis and reporting would be advantageous.
