In this role, you will take responsibility for one of R&M’s three strategic market segments. You will play a key role in shaping the global direction, portfolio, and market development of the Data Center business. Connect to your team – your typical daily business

Development and implementation of the
global segment strategy, roadmap, and
product portfolio
for the Data Center market segment

• €¢
  
Direct leadership of the
HQ Data Center team
, including Product Management
(~4 employees)

• €¢
  
Overall responsibility for revenue and profitability

• €¢
  
Close collaboration with regional market and sales organizations worldwide

• €¢
  
Launch of new products and solutions in line with technological and market developments

• €¢
  
Active involvement in strategic customer projects and key accounts

• €¢
  
Representation of the segment towards Executive Management, the Board of Directors, as well as externally at customer events and trade fairs

KPI-based management, including budget and cost center responsibility

Higher technical education (e. , electrical engineering), complemented by business management know-how

Several years of leadership experience in
ICT, Data Center, or other technology-driven environments
