Product Manager Automation
Your Tasks

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for automation systems towards the fully automated spinning mill

• €¢
  
Identify market trends and customer

and translate them into competitive automation solutions

Conduct and maintain market and competitor analysis to support portfolio and investment decisions

• €¢
  
Act as Product Owner (PLM) for automation products, engineered solutions, spare parts, and repair offerings across the full lifecycle

• €¢
  
Take an active role in technical sales, supporting value?based selling, solution definition, and technical?commercial clarification in complex customer projects

• €¢
  
Support global sales organizations in customer-specific automation and system projects

• €¢
  
Ensure close collaboration with R&D, engineering, operations, sales, and service to deliver customer?focused solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

• €¢
  
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, product management, or solution engineering for automation systems (e. AGVs, cobots, palletizing solutions)

• €¢
  
Experience in the textile industry is an advantage

• €¢
  
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams

• €¢
  
Willingness for global travel

• €¢
  
Openness to other cultures

• €¢
  
Fluent in English and German
