This role drives the digitalization and continuous improvement of customer service processes across Europe/Africa. The primary
focus is on transforming manual order handling into efficient, automated workflows, requiring strong technical expertise and project management skills. In close collaboration with the Head of Customer Service, this role identifies improvement opportunities and leads cross-functional initiatives. Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects in areas such as:

• €“ Digitalization (e. , digital order processing and automation
  
• €“ Reporting and KPI structures
  
• €“ ERP-related improvements (mainly SAP)
  
• €¢
  
Identify improvement opportunities and initiate or manage continuous improvement as well as business process re-engineering projects

• €¢
  
Support strategic initiatives within Customer Service, with focus on order flow, logistics, and supply chain interfaces

• €¢
  
Prepare and moderate project workshops and meetings

• €¢
  
Develop and maintain process maps and structures within the company’s BPM framework

• €¢
  
Define and write clear business



REQUIREMENTS

Act as a central coordinator for regional process initiatives while ensuring alignment with global counterparts

Technical background (e. , IT, business informatics, or supply chain technology) with proven project management experience, ideally in digitalization or process automation initiatives

Strong understanding of supply chain and order-to-cash processes

• €¢
  
Hands-on experience with business process modeling,



REQUIREMENTS


engineering, and documentation; strong conceptual thinking with the ability to design scalable solutions and anticipate downstream impacts

Familiarity with project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, Lean Six Sigma)

Fluent in German and English is required

Experience with SAP (especially SD, MM, or PLM) is an advantage or comparable ERP systems
