This role involves strategic planning, content creation, event organization, and coordination of communication initiatives across digital and physical channels, in alignment with the university’s communication guidelines. Communication Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement the communication planAdapt key messages for different audiences and monitor impactDigital Communication & Web PresenceManage website and newsletters; ensure content is up-to-dateOversee social media and create multimedia contentEvent Organization & CommunicationPlan and coordinate events, including logistics and partnersPromote events and handle post-event follow-upCommunication MaterialsDraft and translate texts; oversee design of brochures and visualsMaintain templates and digital communication assetsInternal & External LiaisonServe as main contact for communication-related inquiriesCoordinate with university services and support strategic documentsProfil souhaitéDegree in communication, marketing, public relations, or scientific background with relevant experienceProven experience in digital communication and event organization.
