Theatre at Campus des Nations is a vital medium for developing self-agency and the "Learner Profile" ideals that define our school. As a Teacher of Theatre, you will guide students from Years 7 to 10 through the IB MYP framework, helping them become more thoughtful, cultured, and caring global citizens. Whether leading large-scale musical productions or mentoring students in the classroom, your role is essential in fostering a just and joyful community through the arts. Your role and responsibilities
Pedagogical Leadership
Plan, deliver, and evaluate theatre lessons that stimulate and motivate students. •
Maintain rigorous standards of assessment and reporting in line with IB
REQUIREMENTS

Collaborate closely with colleagues, including team-teaching and shared class responsibilities. Production & Technical Expertise
Utilise technical theatre skills (lighting, sound, or set design) to enhance school performances. •
Manage resources and technical equipment to effectively support teaching and learning. Community & Pastoral Care
Demonstrate a strong commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Anti-Racism (IDEA). •
Contribute to the broader life of the school and the development of the Arts department. Who we are looking for
You will thrive in this role if you possess:
QUALIFICATIONS
equivalent to PGCE (graduate or postgraduate level). •
Proven experience teaching theatre at the middle years and/or secondary level. •
Familiarity with IB MYP and Diploma Programme Theatre is a distinct advantage. •
A proven track record or strong knowledge in technical theatre (lighting, sound, or set design). •
Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level) with a working knowledge of French (B1 level or equivalent). •
The ability to teach another subject is beneficial. Your personal attributes:
