Build strategic narratives from customer insights, market trends and business performance. •
Lead Switzerland's contribution to global strategic processes (incl. Quarterly Business Review). Insights Leadership (Consumer, Business, Market & Digital)
Ensure high-quality insight generation and manage external research partners. Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Pricing
Lead pricing strategy and execution using data-driven tools (Pricing Engine, Menu Optimizer). Data Strategy, Analytics & Governance
Improve reporting efficiency, alignment and advanced analytics/AI in partnership with global teams. Execution & Performance Monitoring
Monitor performance, identify gaps/risks, adjust plans, and manage research budgets. Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
Present strategic insights to senior leadership and communicate priorities across the market. Leadership & Team Development
Build strong talent pipelines and ensure succession planning. What You Need to be Successful
Technical & Functional Competencies
Experience in long-term strategic planning and roadmap development. •
Deep understanding of consumer insights, market research, category and menu strategy. •
Knowledge of RGM, pricing, forecasting, S&OP, and digital insights. •
Ability to manage end-to-end projects and align cross-functional partners. •
Strong financial and business acumen. •
Languages: excellent command of English; French and/or German required. Leadership & Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas. •
Team-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration ability. •
Creative thinker who challenges the status quo and drives innovation. •
Solid understanding of McDonald's business model and guest needs. •
